Time Flies is a poetic ode to the fleeting nature of time, expressed through the cyclical blooming and wilting of a flower. The blooming and wilting is a quiet marker of time passing—something the human mind can perceive, even though time itself remains intangible. Set against a vivid red background, the stark white flower creates a striking visual contrast, embodying a paradox: the flower is inevitably subject to time, yet remains separate from the elusive, intangible nature of time itself. The painting invites us to pause and reflect on something that is constantly passing by, even as we try to hold its concept in our minds.
