- Are these hand-painted originals?
- No. Every artwork is a high-quality print of an original Colorbrew painting, produced on premium canvas or fine-art paper — not a hand-made painting.
- Do prints arrive framed and ready to hang?
- Rolled prints arrive unframed in a protective tube with a border on each side for framing. Choose the gallery-wrapped or framed finish if you want to hang the piece straight away.
- How long will my order take?
- Each piece is made to order, printed and quality checked in 3–5 business days. Most orders are delivered within 7–12 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- When is shipping free?
- Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1,000 across India.
- Can I request a custom size or a bespoke piece?
- Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 88499 16691 or email colorbrewstudio@gmail.com with your wall measurements and we will suggest a composition.
- How do I track my order?
- A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your artwork is dispatched with Blue Dart or Delhivery.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
- You can cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. After that production has begun and we cannot accommodate cancellations.
- What if my artwork arrives damaged?
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
