Returns & Cancellations
Because every piece is printed for you, returns work a little differently. Here is exactly what to expect.
- As every piece is thoughtfully made to order, production begins only once your order is confirmed. In light of this, returns and refunds are offered only under special circumstances.
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing and cannot accommodate cancellations.
- In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph or video of the damage and your order number. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
- Returns are accepted only if the artwork remains unused and is preserved in its original packaging.
